Menu

Our signature Prime Rib is the star at Carving, encased in an aromatic pepper crust and slow roasted until just pink in the centre. 
 

We offer this prime cut in 3 sizes and each plate comes with buttery mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, Yorkshire pudding and a house made beef jus.

The rest of our menu is inspired by Spanish tapas culture and features an eclectic selection of both local and Mediterranean produce. 

Our menu adopts a less is more approach with a main focus on flavour and texture, all designed to pair with our specially curated wine list. 

 

We produce in small quantities in order to minimise wastage and also feature a blackboard of specials that change daily.
